Researchers from Manhattanville University are seeking parents and primary caregivers of students with profound autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ages 16–23, who are currently in the IEP transition phase or within one year of graduation.
Participants will take part in a confidential 60-minute virtual interview to discuss their experiences navigating the transition from school-based services to adult care. The study aims to better understand family experiences and identify ways to strengthen support systems for future families.
