CSOC Accepting Summer Camp Services Applications

The CSOC Summer Camp Services application is now available.
Caregivers of children who are eligible for services through the Children’s System of Care (CSOC) can apply now for funding for 2022 Summer Camp Services. Families can request financial support toward summer camp tuition and one-to-one aide services for summer camp.
The deadline to apply is June 30, 2022. Completed applications must be postmarked or received by PerformCare no later than June 30, 2022.
The COVID-19 pandemic may affect which summer camps are open and what activities each camp will be offering. Be sure to direct specific questions about camp facilities and COVID-19 safety to your preferred camp before applying for Summer Camp Services.
