Internationally Renowned Autism Advocate and Attorney Lorri Unumb to Keynote 40th Annual Conference

August 03, 2022

Lorri Shealy Unumb, CEO of the Council of Autism Service Providers (CASP) is  a lawyer, mother of three teenage boys, one of whom has autism, and an internationally renowned autism advocate.  We’re please to welcome Lorri as keynote of the Autism New Jersey 40th Annual Autism Conference at Harrah’s Conference Center, Atlantic City, on October 20, 2022.

Lorri’s presentation, The Past, Present, and Future of Autism Service Delivery, will discuss how the delivery of autism services has changed dramatically over the past few decades. Lorri will talk through how services look different now in terms of substance, location, and financing than they did just 20 years ago. With all indications showing that more dramatic change is on the way, Lorri will address how autism services may look 10 or 20 years from now.

“Lorri Unumb is a highly sought after and respected authority on autism. Having her as a keynote speaker at this milestone 40th annual conference will be inspiring for both parents and professionals,” said Dr. Suzanne Buchanan, Executive Director of Autism New Jersey. “The better we understand the legal and financial framework of how services are currently delivered, the more effectively we can advocate for change now and in the future.”

The 40th Annual Autism Conference is scheduled for October 20 & 21, 2022. The two-day event will host more than 50 in-person workshops, exhibitors from across the state, countless networking opportunities, continuing education, and virtual access after the event. Don’t miss out!
