Facing Your Fears Study for Autistic Youth With Anxiety

The Facing Your Fears (FYF) Study, conducted by the A.J. Drexel Autism Institute, is examining the effectiveness of a cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) program for autistic youth with anxiety.

The study seeks to understand how participation in the program may improve anxiety management, emotional regulation, and coping skills. Eligible participants are autistic children ages 8–14 who experience clinically significant anxiety symptoms.
