Assessing Menstrual Product Preferences of Young Autistic Menstruators
February 17, 2023
There is little research on which menstrual products are most preferred by autistic menstruators. This study will provide young autistic menstruators with popular menstrual products and helpful informational materials. After trying some (or all) of the products, the youth will choose which one they most preferred.
Caregivers will also share their perspectives on the menstrual products they buy for their youth and why. This study intends to make periods less anxiety-provoking for autistic folks!
