Autism New Jersey Seeks Submissions for 40th Annual Conference

Autism New Jersey is seeking submissions for its 40th Annual Conference to be held at Harrah’s in Atlantic City on October 20-21, 2022. The Call for Papers is open through January 31, 2022.
We are actively planning an in-person event and exploring hybrid elements for attendees to join virtually. We expect attendance to exceed 1,000 as it has every year for decades.
Proposals Sought
We are seeking proposals that address a wide range of abilities and support needs across the lifespan, attendee types (e.g., behavior analysts, teachers, social workers, speech-language pathologists, parents), and difficulty levels from beginner to advanced. Attendee feedback favors evidence-based interventions and real-life examples.
Review Process
Each proposal will be reviewed, and notification of approval status will be provided by early March 2022. Workshops are 75 minutes, and two-part workshops will be considered. First-time presenters with Autism New Jersey may submit only one application and must include a letter of reference addressing presentation skills and relevant expertise. In general, each workshop will have one or two presenters. Those wishing to submit a panel presentation should contact conference@autismnj.org in advance of submitting a proposal.
